How To Cook: |

1. Fry the bread in the oil, then saute the onions in the same oil.
|
2. Add the peeled tomatoes and chopped green peppers, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar and cook until the liquid is reduced.
|
3. Fry the eggs in the butter.
|
4. On top of each slice of bread place a layer of sauce and a fried egg.
