How To Cook: |

1. Leftovers of roast beef or other cooked meat can be used for this.
|
2. Slice the meat, boil potatoes, peel tomato, and chop onion, green pepper and some parsley.
|
3. Saute the onion in oil, add the sliced tomato and chopped pepper and cook for a short time.
|
4. Add the meat, potatoes and parsley, season and simmer for a few minutes.
|
5. Stir in beaten eggs and cook for about 4 minutes.
|
6. Serve with sliced bread fried in butter.
