What You Need: |

6 avocado pears
1 medium-sized lettuce
4 oz cooked chicken, shrimps or fish, finely chopped
¼ pint mayonnaise sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the large seed.
|
2. Mix the meat or fish and lettuce with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
|
3. Pile on the avocados and garnish with the egg.
