What You Need: |

1 chicken
1 onion
1 oz butter
1 green pepper
1 tin whole corn
2 eggs
4 tablespoons bread, soaked in milk and squeezed
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Melted butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Prepare the chicken.
|
2. Saute the chopped onions in the butter, add the chopped green pepper and corn and cook for a few minutes.
|
3. Stir in the eggs and bread and season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
|
4. Fill the chicken with this mixture and sew up the opening; tie up the legs and spread with melted butter.
|
5. Cook in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 1˝ hours.
|
6. Serve with a green salad.
