How To Cook: |

1. Boil potatoes, cut off the top and remove the inside flesh.
|
2. Soak a little bread in milk, and then squeeze it.
|
3. Place in a bowl together with egg, some chopped parsley, chopped garlic and grated cheese; mix well and use to fill the potatoes.
|
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil.
