Uncooked Sauce For Fried Fish
What You Need:
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped then pounded
  • ¼ pint vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)
  • A pinch of saffron
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Pound the cumin seed to a powder, add the other ingredients and stir well.

    2. While the fried fish is still hot, turn it for a few seconds in the sauce.

    3. Pour the rest of the sauce over the hot fish on the serving dish.
