3 pound shoulder of mutton
1˝ pints water
˝ pound onions
˝ pound celery
1 - 2 sprigs of marjoram
Lemon thyme

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Put a shoulder of mutton in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to the boil.
|
2. Add sliced onions, finely chopped celery, sprigs of marjoram and a little lemon thyme.
|
3. Simmer for 2˝ hours.
|
