How To Cook: |

1. Peel, wash and grate some large potatoes, then drain lightly and measure.
|
2. To each cupful of grated potato add 1 teaspoon salt, ˝ cupful of flour and enough milk to make a fairly stiff batter.
|
3. Leave to stand for 1 hour, then fry like pancakes in bacon dripping.
|
4. Serve hot, with butter.
