How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut thin slices from a rump steak, put them in a pan with some hot butter and a few sliced onions, and then season with salt and pepper.

2. Cover the pan with a plate or dish and simmer till the meat is tender.

3. When done, add a little oyster pickle or walnut ketchup, with a little water to thin the onion sauce.
