How To Cook: |

1. Pick out the crab meat, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg and mix with some breadcrumbs and a few small pieces of butter.

2. Put the meat back into the cleaned shells, and pour over it a little warm vinegar, to which some mustard has been added.
|
3. Alternatively substitute oil for the butter, and brown the crab meat under the grill.
