Butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wash and dry the fish, brush it with melted butter and season.
|
2. Cook it for 7 - 10 minutes under a very hot grill, lowering the heat after the first 2 - 3 minutes and turning the sole to brown both sides.

3. Garnish with lemon and parsley and serve with melted butter sauce.
