Dry - Fried Trout
This rather curious way of cooking trout is one used by the Welsh farmers, many of whom have trout streams running through their farms.

What You Need:
  • Trout

  • How To Cook:
    1. The fresh trout is cleaned, wiped dry and fried on both sides in a lightly greased pan.

    2. When dealt with in this way, trout have a perfect flavor.
