Durham Fluffin
This is traditionally eaten on Christmas Eve, and a bowl should be offered to the "stranger within the door."

What You Need:
  • Barley
  • Milk
  • Nutmeg
  • Sugar
  • A few drops of brandy

  • How To Cook:
    1. Simmer some barley with milk until it is as smooth as velvet.

    2. Add enough grated nutmeg and sugar to taste, and a few drops of brandy.
