Gaelic Coffee
What You Need:
  • Irish whiskey
  • Sugar
  • Coffee
  • Cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat a goblet or claret glass and put in 2 lumps of sugar.

    2. Pour in a jigger of Irish whiskey and fill up two-thirds of the way with hot, strong black coffee.

    3. Dissolve the sugar, and then carefully add some double cream, pouring it in over the back of a spoon, so that it lies on top.

    4. Do not mix, but drink the coffee and whiskey through the layer of cream.
