1 - 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
Cream or "top of milk"
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
Sugar

How To Cook: |

|
1. Soak the grated horseradish in the vinegar for 10-15 minutes.
|
2. Stir in enough cream to give the desired consistency, and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
