Potatoes
Salt
Flour
Butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mash 6 freshly boiled potatoes; add a pinch of salt, about 2 tablespoons flour and a knob of butter.
|
2. Work to a stiff dough, turn on to a floured board and roll out ˝ inch thick.
|
3. Cut into squares and bake on a girdle until golden-brown on both sides.
