What You Need: |

4 oz grated cheese
A little mustard
3 tablespoons milk
1 oz butter
Pepper and salt
Slices of toast

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Place the cheese and milk in a saucepan and melt slowly; add the pepper, salt, mustard and butter.
|
2. When very hot, pour over the toast and brown under the grill.
|
3. A little beer is sometimes added to the mixture.
|

|
