Wholemeal Scones

What You Need: |

|
1 pound whole meal flour
Buttermilk
Pinch of salt
˝ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
|

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix a salt and bicarbonate of soda with flour; add a little buttermilk, roll out very thinly and bake on a hot bakestone.
|
2. When done split open, butter and serve hot for tea.
