How To Cook: |

1. Line a baking plate with pastry, cut the ham up fine and spread evenly over the pastry.

2. Beat the eggs, add the seasoning and pour over the ham.
|
3. Damp the edges and cover with a round of pastry.
|
4. Put into a hot oven (450°F) for the first 10 minutes, then lower the heat to moderate (375°F) and cook for a further 20 minutes.
