What You Need: |

1 pound of any white fish
1 small pimiento
˝ cup sliced onion
1 sliced lemon
˝ pound tomatoes
˝ cup oil or butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Slice the fish and put it into a baking tin, with the oil or butter.
|
2. Cover with the onions, tomatoes, sliced pimiento and sliced lemon.
|
3. Cook in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
