Cabbage And Lamb Hot - Pot
(Lammaskaali)
What You Need:
  • 2 pound white cabbage
  • Seasoning
  • 1 pound best end of neck of lamb
  • Tomato puree

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash the cabbage and chop it finely.

    2. Brown the meat on both sides in a saucepan without any extra fat, then add the finely chopped cabbage, seasoning, tomato puree and a very little water and simmer until the cabbage is quite transparent.

    3. Serve like Irish stew.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
