1. Cook the cauliflower in salted water until just tender; break into flowerets.

2. Fry the sliced onion in butter until transparent but not brown, add the cauliflower and caraway seeds mix with the onion and fry for 3 minutes.

3. Pour the beaten and seasoned eggs into the pan and cook slowly, stirring all the time, until the eggs are set.
