Fish And Potatoes

What You Need: |

|
1 pound cooked potatoes
¾ pint white sauce (see Fish Souffle)
1 pound boiled fish (cod, haddock, etc.)
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
|

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Chop the potatoes and the boiled fish into small pieces and cook for a few minutes in the white sauce.
|
2. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve hot, dredged with a little more nutmeg.
