Fried Veal
(Brno Schnitzel)

What You Need: |

|
4 slices of veal fillet
2 oz ham, chopped
Salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
2 oz butter
1 teaspoon fine breadcrumbs
Green peas
4 oz fat for frying

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Trim the meat beat lightly and season with salt.
|
2. Scramble the egg in a pan with the butter, peas and ham.
|
3. Spread a little of the mixture on each piece of veal, fold the meat in half and secure with a small skewer.
|
4. Carefully dip the meat in flour, milk and breadcrumbs and fry in the hot fat.
