Mackerel In Cream Sauce
What You Need:
  • 4 mackerel
  • A bunch of parsley
  • A little butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt
  • ¼ pint water
  • ¼ pint sour cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash the mackerel, fillet them and then sprinkle the fillets with chopped parsley and a few flakes of butter.

    2. Roll up the fillets and tie them with string, toss them in flour and fry in a saucepan until they are brown.

    3. Add salt to taste, water and sour cream and let them simmer gently in a covered pan for 10 minutes.

    4. Remove the string from the fillets and serve them with the liquid poured over.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
