Mushrooms With Cream Sauce

What You Need: |

|
1 - 2 pound mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 very small onion
˝ cup butter
A little green parsley
Salt and pepper
˝ teaspoon dill
2 teaspoons plain flour

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Chop the onion finely and fry in the butter; add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
|
2. Cook gently for about 10 minutes or until mushrooms shrink.
|
3. Put in the finely chopped herbs, cover the pan.
|
4. Mix the flour with the cream and pour it over the mushrooms; cook gently for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
|
5. Serve very hot.
