How To Cook: |

1. Wash the liver, put it in a greased baking tin and cover with some minced bacon, and then cook in a very slow oven (275°F).

2. Meanwhile chop and fry the onions.
|
3. Cover the liver with the onions, put some lumps of butter over the top and continue to bake slowly until onions are soft.
|
4. Boiled rice and baked tomatoes are handed separately with this dish.
