Small Cream Tarts

What You Need: |

|
˝ pound flour
6˝ oz butter
2 oz sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla-flavored confectioner's custard
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make a sweet pastry with flour, butter, sugar and 2 egg yolks; roll out thinly and with a pastry cutter, stamp out rounds the size of your tart tins, with slightly smaller ones for the covers.

2. Grease the tart tins and line with the pastry rounds.
|
3. Put in a little vanilla-flavored confectioner's custard and cover with a lid of pastry.
|
4. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) until they are nicely brown.
|
5. Serve lukewarm.
