What You Need: |

2 large salt herrings
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 cooking apples
Pickled onions
1 pound cooked potatoes
Gherkins
2 heads lettuce
Oil and vinegar
1 small beetroot

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Skin and bone the fish and cut into small pieces.
|
2. Dice the apples, potatoes and beetroot and mix with the fish and the lettuce leaves.
|
3. Garnish with the egg, onions and gherkins and serve with oil and vinegar dressing.
