How To Cook: |

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel while hot, cut in slices and mix with a sauce made of salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, beaten lightly together.

2. Keep hot.
|
3. Cut the fat bacon in small cubes and the onions in slices, fry them lightly so that the fat runs out of the bacon-add more fat if necessary.
|
4. Then pour over the hot potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
