How To Cook: |

1. Dice the meat; chop the beetroot, potatoes, apple, onions and gherkins.

2. Mix together with mayonnaise or salad cream and add French mustard and seasonings.
|
3. Place the salad on a meat dish and garnish with mayonnaise, beetroot, egg and gherkins.

TIP:

Cubed cucumber is sometimes included. The exact quantities are not important in this salad, which is a good way of serving left-overs.
