1 tablespoon finely grated onion
Cooked corn off the cob
1 egg
Salt and pepper
¼ pint milk
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 oz flour
Frying fat

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix the onion with the egg and milk and blend the flour into the mixture.
|
2. Add the sweet corn, salt, pepper and parsley.
|
3. Drop spoonful of this mixture into hot fat and fry until golden-brown.
