Vegetable Soup
(Groentesoep)

What You Need: |
|
|
3 meat cubes
1 leek
1 quart water
˝ a cauliflower
1 oz rice
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
˝ pound carrots
A few brussels sprouts
1 oz butter
1 head of celery
Salt to taste

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dissolve the meat cubes in the water, add the washed rice and cook till tender.
|
2. Clean and cut up all the vegetables, add them and cook for 20 minutes.
|
3. Just before serving, add the parsley, butter and salt.
|
