How To Cook: |

1. Start heating oven to moderate (375°F).
|
2. Wash, trim and slice mushrooms.
|
3. In buttered 12-inch by 8-inch by 2-inch baking dish, arrange potatoes; top with mushrooms; dot with butter, sprinkle with half of salt and pepper and ˝ teaspoon paprika; pour wine over all.

4. Spread with half of sour cream.
|
5. Arrange pieces of fish over all, sprinkle with rest of salt and pepper and ˝ teaspoon paprika; top with rest of sour cream.
|
6. Bake 30-40 minutes or till fish is done; sprinkle with paprika and parsley and serve.
