Caraway Dumplings
What You Need:
6 oz flour
Pepper
1˝
teaspoons
baking powder
1˝ oz fat
˝ teaspoon salt
Cold water
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
How To Cook:
1
. Mix the dry ingredients and rub in the fat with the fingertips.
2
. Mix to a firm, light dough with cold water, divide into 10 or 12 equal-sized portions, roll into balls, and cook in boiling water for about 25 minutes.
