2 cooking apples
˝ oz finely chopped roasted almonds
A little sugar
1 pkt. Danish cream cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped stem ginger

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Peel and core the apples, cut in thick slices and dredge lightly with sugar.
|
2. Then grill until tender but still holding their shape.
|
3. Blend the cream cheese with the almonds and ginger, spread on the apple slices and quickly brown under the grill.
|
4. Serve as a garnish for gammon rashers.
