Fried Bacon With Fried Apples

What You Need: |

˝ pound bacon or pork
2 pound apples
Sugar
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Slice thinly and rind bacon or pork put it into a hot frying pan and fry over low heat till crisp. (Pour off the surplus fat during the cooking, or bacon will not become crisp.)
|
2. Fry peeled chopped apples in the fat and adds a little sugar.
|
3. Place the bacon in a serving dish with the apple arranged round it.
