									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Clean some chicken giblets in the usual way and put in a saucepan with sufficient water to cover and a little salt 
 
 |  | 2. Bring gradually to the boil, skim and simmer for ˝ hour. 
 
 |  | 3. Add sliced carrots, celery, leek, sliced apples and soaked prunes. 
 
 |  | 4. Continue to cook until all the ingredients are tender, and then add a little sugar and vinegar to taste.
