What You Need: |

A small onion
4 herrings
2 gherkins
1 eating apple
1 small beetroot

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Chop all the ingredients (except the fish) very finely and mix together.
|
2. Cut the herrings into fillets, put a spoonful of the mixture on to each fillet, and roll up.
|
3. Serve with remoulade sauce.
