These little rolls about the size of a man's thumb are made of minced raw meat (beef, mutton, veal or a mixture), well-seasoned and bound with beaten egg.

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Grill rapidly, turning frequently.
|
2. When nicely browned all over.
|
3. Serve on thick slices of new unbuttered bread, accompanied by thin slices or rings of raw onion and freshly ground black pepper.
