What You Need: |

6 mutton chops
Paprika
1˝ oz dripping
Tomato juice
3 onions or leeks
A little stock or water
Salt
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Fry the chops until they are brown on both sides.
|
2. Lift them out and fry the finely chopped onions or leeks in the same fat.
|
3. Add salt, paprika and tomato juice and a little stock or water.
|
4. Return the chops to the pan and stew until tender.
