What You Need: |

4 3-oz. packages cream cheese
˝ cup light or dark raisins
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup packaged dried breadcrumbs
˝ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine cheese, egg yolks and sugar; beat until smooth and blended; stir in lemon rind and raisins.
|
2. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over half of strudel dough nearest you, and spread cheese filling over crumbs.
|
3. Proceed with rolling up strudel.
