Strudel Poppy Seed Filling

What You Need: |

˝ pound poppy seeds, ground
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup honey
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. In small saucepan, combine poppy seeds, lemon juice, rind and honey.
|
2. Cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened.
|
3. When cool, spread filling over half of strudel dough nearest you.
|
4. Proceed with rolling up strudel.
