1. Boil the rice.

2. Cut the peppers near the stalk end, removing the seeds and inner ribs, wash and drain.
|
3. Mix the minced pork with the chopped garlic and onion and add the beaten egg, rice, salt and pepper.
|
4. Mix well and fill the peppers with this stuffing.
|
5. Put the peppers into a fireproof dish and pour some tomato sauce over them.
|
6. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until the peppers are tender.
