Ujhazi Chicken Soup
What You Need:
  • 1 boiling fowl
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 parsnip
  • Water
  • 1 onion
  • Vermicelli

  • How To Cook:
    1. Clean and joint the chicken and stew together with the vegetables in the seasoned water.

    2. When the meat is tender add the vermicelli and serve meat, vegetables and liquid all together in a deep dish.
