How To Cook: |

1. Spread mustard on slices of Polish ham; mix rice with raisins, egg, celery, paprika and season well.

2. Place filling on slices of ham roll them and secure with toothpicks.
|
3. Put in a baking pan, brush top of rolls with milk and bake in fairly hot oven for a short time.
|
4. Serve with Cumberland sauce.
