Cumberland Sauce
What You Need:
1
cup
red-currant jelly
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
¼ cup raisins
¾
tablespoon
dry mustard
How To Cook:
1
. Stir jelly over boiling water until soft.

. Mix yolk with vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, add the jelly and stir the sauce until thick, about 15 minutes, add the raisins, if liked, and serve.
