Gherkin Sauce
What You Need:
  • 3 oz gherkins
  • 1 oz butter
  • ¼ pint vegetable extract
  • ¼ pint cream
  • Salt
  • 1 oz flour
  • Sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut gherkins finely, stir flour with vegetable extract and boil.

    2. Add finely cut gherkins, salt, sugar, butter and then add cream to this sauce.

    3. Serve with meat, potato cutlets, etc.
