Gherkin Sauce
What You Need:
3 oz gherkins
1 oz butter
¼ pint vegetable extract
¼ pint cream
Salt
1 oz flour
Sugar
How To Cook:

. Cut gherkins finely, stir flour with vegetable extract and boil.

. Add finely cut gherkins, salt, sugar, butter and then add cream to this sauce.

. Serve with meat, potato cutlets, etc.
