Olive oil
Potatoes
Kale

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Half fill a saucepan with water and when it is boiling add about 2 tablespoons olive oil, holding the bottle over the pan and allowing the oil to run out in a very fine stream.
|
2. Season, add 1-2 sliced potatoes and cook till soft, then mash roughly.
|
3. Take some kale cabbage leaves, roll them up as tightly as possible and shred finely with a very sharp knife.
|
4. Plunge them into the boiling broth, boil very quickly for about 2-3 minutes and then serve the soup at once.
