1. Salt and pepper the meat.
|
2. Put into a roasting tin with fat and cook in a hot oven for about 1˝ - 2 hours.
|
3. Put breadcrumbs into a bowl; add eggs, onions, finely chopped and previously fried, and salt.
|
4. Make into a paste, cover meat with mixture and put back into the oven.
|
5. Bake until light brown, cut with a sharp knife and serve on a hot dish with salads to choice.
